Who we are
Drover Consulting, Unipessoal LDA is a company registered in Portugal (NIPC 519633253), at Rua Sousa Lopes lote PQ Cj 201, 1600-207 Lisboa, Portugal. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it loads no third-party resources. We do not keep logs of visits. The site is delivered through Amazon Web Services, which may process standard request information such as IP address and browser type to serve pages and keep the service secure.
Enquiries
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to discuss the work you describe. We rely on taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who processes data for us
Amazon Web Services delivers this website and Namecheap hosts our email. Both act on our instructions under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.
Transfers outside Europe
Our email provider stores mail on servers in the United States, and Amazon Web Services may serve pages from locations outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which form part of our providers' data processing terms.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries that do not lead to work within 12 months. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, we keep the related correspondence for as long as the engagement and Portuguese business record rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it or delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. Write to the address on our contact page or to our postal address above. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
